INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is assisting an Environmental Services client in Tuas to hire a Site Coordinator/ Supervisor. The role involves coordinating with customers, internal teams and external parties to ensure smooth site operations and timely completion of tasks.

The position requires at least an NITEC in Engineering, a valid Class 3/3A driving license, and safety training. It is a permanent role with 5.5 working days and a salary up to SGD 3,500 plus OT and transport allowance.

• NITEC in Engineering or related discipline is required.
• Valid Class 3/3A driving license is required.
• Safety training/certification is preferred.
• Experience in site operations or project coordination is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with customers, internal teams and external parties to ensure smooth site operations and timely completion of assigned work.
• Understand customer requirements, work schedules and site arrangements, and coordinate manpower and resources accordingly.
• Assist in managing new and existing projects, including tracking work progress, site issues and operational requirements.
• Supervise site workers and contractors, ensuring work is carried out safely and according to required procedures.
• Monitor site risks, operational issues and customer feedback, and escalate matters where necessary.
• Ensure workers comply with workplace safety, environmental and health requirements.
• Conduct site briefings and provide guidance to workers on job requirements, safety procedures and equipment usage.
• Assist with urgent or after-hours site activities when required.
• Provide transportation support for workers to and from work sites when required

Our esteemed client in the Environmental Services industry is seeking a Site Coordinator/ Supervisor to join their dynamic team:

Employment Type: Permanent

Position: Site Coordinator/ Supervisor

Location: Tuas (Transport provided)

Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri, 8am to 5pm; Sat, 8am to 12pm)

Salary Package: Up to $3,500 + OT + Transport Allowance

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with customers, internal teams and external parties to ensure smooth site operations and timely completion of assigned work.
• Understand customer requirements, work schedules and site arrangements, and coordinate manpower and resources accordingly.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a valid Class 3 or 3A driving license.
• Relevant safety training/certification is preferred.
• Experience in site operations, project coordination or industrial services will be advantageous.
• Experience in industrial cleaning, high-pressure equipment or similar site-based operations will be an advantage.
