RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Site Manager to coordinate project site activities, oversee daily operations, logistics, and customer arrangements.

You will lead a team through planning, development, implementation and completion, ensuring safety, compliance, and timely progress at customer sites. The role requires a Dip in Engineering with 3+ years in site management and owning a vehicle.

Qualifications

• Dip in Engineering or related field.
• Min 3 yrs working in site management.
• Possess own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project site activities and oversee daily operations, logistics, and customer arrangements.
• Lead a team of professionals throughout project planning, development, implementation, and completion.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, external parties, and customers to ensure compliance with project requirements at customer sites.
• Work closely with customer site operations to understand project requirements, clarify expectations, and address operational needs.
• Manage project site coordination and participate in contractor meetings as required by the customer, providing feedback and recommendations to the Manager for necessary follow-up actions.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, meeting minutes, contractor briefing notes, and progress reports.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure smooth execution and timely completion.

Company Overview

Basic Up to: $3600 + AWS + VB + Sign-on Bonus + $1100 fixed transport allowance + $900 vehicle expenses + $200 Handphone Tuas

Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm)

Your Responsibilities
