Well Established Infrastructure Pipeline Construction Company is seeking an HSE professional to support and coordinate WSH and environmental activities on civil infrastructure projects. You will provide day-to-day safety guidance to workers and subcontractors, and assist in implementing the project HSE Management System and environmental programs.

Responsibilities include site inspections, audits, and corrective actions, risk assessments, PTW checks, and incident investigations.

Formación

• Diploma in Occupational Safety Management, or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience in civil/infrastructure projects.

Responsabilidades

• Support and coordinate WSH and environmental activities in compliance with applicable legislation, regulations, and company requirements.
• Provide day-to-day safety guidance, coaching, and support to workers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Assist in implementing and monitoring the project HSE Management System, Site Safety Program, and environmental programs.
• Conduct routine site inspections, audits, and compliance checks, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Identify safety and environmental gaps and recommend practical improvement measures.
• Coordinate toolbox meetings, safety briefings, HSE training, and safety-related activities.
• Assist with risk assessments, PTW checks, and implementation of risk control measures.
• Support incident and near-miss investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
• Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, authorities, consultants, and other relevant parties on WSH and environmental matters.
• Maintain accurate WSH and environmental records, reports, registers, and documentation.
• Support emergency preparedness activities, drills, and checks on emergency equipment.
• Assist with WSH performance monitoring, statistics, trend analysis, and ad hoc safety-related duties.

Working hours: 8am – 5pm (Monday – Friday), 8am – 12pm (Saturday)
