Job summary

INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Coordinator/Supervisor for a permanent role in Tuas.

The position offers transport provided and a 5.5-day work week (Mon–Fri 8am–5pm; Sat 8am–12pm) with a salary package up to SGD 3,500 plus OT and transport allowance. The role involves coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth site operations, supervising site workers and contractors, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental requirements.

Qualifications

• NITEC in Engineering or related discipline is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers, internal teams and external parties to ensure smooth site operations and timely completion of assigned work.
• Understand customer requirements, work schedules and site arrangements, and coordinate manpower and resources accordingly.
• Assist in managing new and existing projects, including tracking work progress, site issues and operational requirements.
• Supervise site workers and contractors, ensuring work is carried out safely and according to required procedures.
• Monitor site risks, operational issues and customer feedback, and elevate matters where necessary.
• Ensure workers comply with workplace safety, environmental and health requirements.
• Conduct site briefings and provide guidance to workers on job requirements, safety procedures and equipment usage.
• Assist with urgent or after-hours site activities when required.
• Provide transportation support for workers to and from work sites when required

• Employment Type: Permanent
• Position: Site Coordinator/ Supervisor
• Location: Tuas (Transport provided)

Job Requirements:

• At least NITEC in Engineering or related discipline.
• Possess a valid Class 3 or 3A driving license.
• Relevant safety training/certification is preferred.
• Experience in site operations, project coordination or industrial services will be advantageous.
• Experience in industrial cleaning, high-pressure equipment or similar site-based operations will be an advantage.
