Job summary

China Construction (South Pacific) Development Co. Pte. Ltd. is seeking a site supervisor to oversee tradeworks subcontractors and ensure installation aligns with approved drawings on infrastructure projects.

You will plan materials, monitor delivery, interpret drawings, and manage foreign workers while upholding Building Construction Safety Supervisor and Work-At-Height certifications. This role requires hands-on leadership on site and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N level with 3 years of site experience in infrastructure projects.
• Must hold Building Construction Safety Supervisor Certificate.
• Must hold Work-At-Height Certificate.
• Ability to interpret drawings.
• Experience supervising foreign workers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and monitor tradeworks subcontractors to meet project schedules.
• Plan, order and monitor on-site materials; control wastage and ensure timely delivery.
• Interpret drawings accurately to support on-site installation.
• Manage foreign workers on site.
• Maintain safety compliance with required certificates.
