Qualifications

Reading blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
Excellent reporting and communication skills.
Deep understanding of health and safety standards (OSHA, SSIC).
Class 3 driving licence with 2+ years of driving experience.
Previous foreman/supervisor experience in construction environments.
Relevant safety certifications (e.g., Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course).

Responsibilities

Site Management: Managing daily operations, enforcing safety protocols, and supervising personnel.
Progress Tracking: Ensuring project milestones are met on schedule.
Quality Control: Inspecting work and materials to meet specifications and regulations.
Coordination: Liaising with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and clients.
Resource Management: Ensuring materials and equipment are available and used correctly.
