Job summary

RICH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY PTE. LTD. is looking for a site supervisor to oversee tradeworks subcontractors, ensuring works align with approved drawings and the project schedule. You will help plan and monitor materials, manage foreign workers, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires a minimum GCE N level or equivalent with 3 years of site experience, preferably in infrastructure projects. Relevant safety certificates are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'N' level or equivalent; 3 years site experience; infra projects preferred.
• Must have Building Construction Safety Supervisor Certificate.
• Must have Work-At-Height Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and monitor the works of tradeworks subcontractor to meet project schedule.
• Plan, order and monitor site materials; control wastage and ensure timely delivery.
• Interpret drawings.
