CHINA STATE CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING CORPORATION LIMITED Singapore Branch is seeking a site supervisor to oversee tradeworks subcontractors and ensure installation aligns with drawings on a busy Singapore project. You will plan and monitor materials, manage wastage and ensure timely deliveries while coordinating foreign workers to meet schedules.

Applicants should hold GCE N level or equivalent with 3 years site experience and possess Building Construction Safety Supervisor and Work-At-Height

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N level or equivalent with 3 years site experience.
• Must have Building Construction Safety Supervisor Certificate and Work-At-Height Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and monitor the works of tradeworks subcontractor to meet the project schedule and ensure installation works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings.
• Plan, order and monitor the materials on site, control materials wastage and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Ability to interprete drawings.
• Manage of foreign workers.
