Job summary

H C (SOUTH PACIFIC) ENTERPRISE PTE. LTD. is seeking a site supervisor to manage construction activities, liaise with foremen, and ensure timely preparation of attendance and workdone documents for monthly claims.

The role includes safety oversight, material usage monitoring, and coordination with customers, subcontractors, and diverse staff on site. The ideal candidate will coordinate inspections, ensure safe working conditions, and communicate with PRC and NTS employees as required, supporting

Responsibilities

• Arrange and supervise the construction site job to each foreman.
• Prepare workers' attendance and workdone documents for QS to submit monthly claim.
• Inspection with RE / RTO.
• Monitor timber, plywood and rebar materials usage to prevent damage, wastage or loss.
• Ensure workers working on site in safe condition.
• Liaise with customers with regards to all site matters and meetings if required.
• Liaise with Sub-con of their work progress and supervise their work in safety requirement.
• Able to communicate with PRC and NTS employees.
