DI HUI CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor in Singapore to oversee daily construction operations. Your role includes supervising site activities, coordinating materials and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

The ideal candidate has relevant experience in construction supervision, can read basic drawings, and possesses strong coordination and communication skills. Knowledge of Workplace Safety & Health rules is preferred.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in construction site supervision.
• Able to read basic construction drawings.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Knowledge of WSH (Workplace Safety & Health) rules in Singapore is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and handle site challenges.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities on site.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure all works follow safety regulations, method statements, and company procedures.
• Conduct site inspections and report progress or issues to the Project Manager.
• Check workmanship quality and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Assist in resolving site problems and provide timely solutions.
• Prepare daily site reports, attendance, and basic documentation.
• Support safety officers in maintaining a safe working environment.
