Job summary

CSC ENTERPRISE (S'PORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an on-site supervisor to oversee tradeworks subcontractors and ensure installation aligns with approved drawings.

The role includes planning and monitoring materials on site, minimizing waste, and ensuring timely deliveries. The candidate should be able to interpret drawings, manage foreign workers, and hold Building Construction Safety Supervisor and Work-At-Height certificates.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N level or equivalent with 3 years of site experience; experience in infrastructure projects is an advantage.
• Must hold Building Construction Safety Supervisor Certificate and Work-At-Height Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and monitor the works of tradeworks subcontractor to meet the project schedule and ensure installation works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings.
• Plan, order and monitor the materials on site, control materials wastage and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Ability to interpret drawings.
• Manage of foreign workers.
