Job summary

Koh Brothers Group of Companies in Singapore seeks a responsible Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time progress at the Lorong Halus project site.

You will coordinate subcontractors and in-house crews, enforce environmental health and safety standards, read drawings, monitor progress, and support the project team to meet targets. English proficiency and proactive teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Possess SCWSH (BCSS) is mandatory.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in building construction.
• Possess Pavement Supervisor Certificate / Road Maintenance Certificate.
• Experience in site logistics management is advantageous.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in daily execution of work.
• Ensure Environmental, Safety and Health practices are followed at all times.
• Attend daily toolbox meetings and convey clear instructions.
• Supervise subcontractors and in-house workers.
• Work closely with site operations staff to meet project schedule.
• Ensure installation is carried out per construction drawings.
• Monitor progress and quality of work performed by workers.
• Ensure works are executed to an acceptable standard of workmanship.
• Understand and ensure compliance with project requirements and scope of work.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
