FENG DA CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is looking for a Site Supervisor to assist the Project Manager and Engineer in daily site operations in Singapore. You will supervise civil and structural works carried out by subcontractors, read technical drawings, and ensure work aligns with specifications, methods, and local regulations.

You will oversee site safety, coordinate with consultants and authorities, and manage schedules to ensure steady progress. Overtime is required as project needs dictate.

Qualifications

• Able to read and understand technical drawings.
• Ability to manage multi-national team members.
• Overtime is required.
• Experience in civil construction preferred.
• Familiar with safety procedures and site regulations.
• Willingness to coordinate with subcontractors and authorities.

Responsabilités

• Assist Project Manager & Engineer in managing and monitoring daily site operations.
• Coordinate and supervise civil and structural works carried out by subcontractors per specifications, shop drawings, method statements and local codes.
• Site supervision of construction workers.
• Ensure site safety in accordance with safe work procedures.
• Carry out site work in accordance with construction program.
• Attend meetings, coordinate, prepare works schedule and supervise site.
• Ensure smooth progress of site works.
• Responsible for all on-site issues and ad-hoc duties as directed.
• Liaise with site consultants and authorities.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required.

• Responsible for all issues concern on site or ad-hoc duties as and when directed
• Requires to liaise with site consultants / authorities
• Any other Ad-hoc duties required

Job Requirements

• Min. 2 years relevant working experience in the construction industry (civil)
• Min Nitec in Engineering / Construction / BCSS or equivalent
• Able to read and understand technical drawings
• Able to manage multi-national team members
• Must posses BCSS, Confined Space Management, Registered Earthworks Supervisor & etc.
• Overtime Required
