Job summary

STEEL PRO ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. seeks a Construction Site Supervisor to oversee projects from start to finish at client sites in Singapore. You will lead on-site teams, monitor safety, manage schedules and budgets, and coordinate with contractors and clients to ensure quality outcomes.

The role requires a Diploma/degree in construction, with 2+ years in a similar role, and strong leadership and communication skills. On-site work with frequent inspections is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• CSOC, BCSS, SCW or other recognised construction safety and management credentials.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position within the construction industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
• Expertise in reading, interpreting, and working with construction blueprints and plans.
• Solid understanding of construction operations, processes, and equipment.
• Capable of working effectively under pressure and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities
