Job summary

Weho Construction & Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a capable Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities, ensuring safety, efficiency and project alignment. You will lead workers, allocate tasks and monitor progress across multiple project sites in Singapore.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of supervisory experience in construction, holds a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence, and can coordinate with subcontractors and clients while ensuring quality and safety standards on

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in construction or related industry.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence.
• Strong knowledge of site operations and work coordination.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities to ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently and according to project requirements
• Lead and supervise construction workers, including allocating daily tasks and monitoring work progress
• Coordinate with subcontractors, workers and other site personnel to ensure smooth site operations
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager on work status, milestones, site issues and potential delays
• Ensure works are completed according to the required quality and safety standards
• Coordinate and participate in site inspections with clients, engineers, safety personnel and other relevant stakeholders
• Arrange and provide transportation for workers between worksites and workers' accommodation/dormitories when required
• Assist with the mobilisation of workers, tools, materials and equipment between project sites
• Ensure workers comply with site safety requirements and Company procedures
