Job summary

POWER-M AGENCY SERVICES is seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction and renovation activities in Singapore. You will supervise workers and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, ability to read drawings and specs, and strong leadership and communication skills. WSH compliance and a valid Singapore driving licence are advantageous.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction and renovation activities on our projects. The role involves supervising workers and subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely, to the required quality standards, and according to schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for construction and renovation works (including general building, roofing, and related trades).
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.
• Monitor progress, quality, and productivity; identify issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Allocate tasks, manage manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements; conduct toolbox meetings and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain good site housekeeping and organisation.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain accurate site records.
• Liaise with clients, project managers, suppliers, and other stakeholders as required.
• Assist with inspections, testing, and project handover activities.
• Perform other site-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma, Higher NITEC, or equivalent qualification in Construction, Civil Engineering, Building, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction site supervision or a similar supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Knowledge of Singapore construction practices, WSH regulations, and basic BCA requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and effectively manage site teams.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.
• Relevant WSH certifications (e.g. Supervise Construction Work for WSH) are preferred.
