Job summary

KOH BROTHERS BUILDING & CIVIL ENGINEERING CONTRACTOR (PTE.) LTD. is seeking a responsible Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities, ensure safety, and deliver projects on schedule.

You will coordinate site operations, supervise workers and subcontractors, and support the project team toward targets. The role requires at least five years in building construction, SCWSH (BCSS), and pavement/road maintenance certificates.

Qualifications

Possessed of SCWSH (BCSS) is mandatory.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the building construction is required for this position.
Possess Pavement Supervisor Certificate / Road Maintenance Certificate.
Experiences in site logistic management will be advantageous.
Highly proactive attitude, self-motivated, team player, strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Good written and spoken English.
Project Location: Lorong Halus area.

Responsibilities

To assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work.
Ensure good Environmental, Safety and Health practices are carries out at all times.
Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.
To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.
To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.
Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.
Any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.
