Job summary

HLMG HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support project accounting and procurement in Singapore. You will report to the Project Manager and manage progress claims, VOs, and finalization of accounts.

The role requires a Degree/Diploma in Building, QS or Civil/Structural Engineering, with 3–5 years of relevant experience. Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills are essential to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying / Civil / Structural Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Project Manager.
• Handles progress claims, VO and finalization of project accounts.
• Liaises with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects and developers for certification of claims for sub-contractors and suppliers; finalization of accounts.
• Handles purchasing including calling for quotations and negotiations.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
