Job summary

AMPOWER INTERNATIONAL ENTERPRISE HOLDING CO., LTD. in Singapore seeks a skilled professional to provide technical assistance, plan and coordinate project initiatives, and manage site operations to meet budget and schedule targets.

You will review drawings, report on market information, respond to customer queries, and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure timely delivery and commissioning. ISO9002 compliance is required, with at least 3 years in project management and related industry

Qualifications

• Min Nitec in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Min 3 yrs of project management experience.
• Min 3 yrs of relevant experience in similar industry.
• Familiar with ISO9002 documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to sales personnel and customers.
• Plan and coordinate project/service initiatives within budget and schedule.
• Assist in coordinating purchasing, production and site management.
• Review scheduling, purchasing, installation and commissioning to meet safety, time and profitability objectives.
• Study and make recommendations on technical drawings prepared by consultants.
• Report on sales product performance and customer feedback.
• Handle all customer queries to secure sales and maintain satisfaction.
• Liaise with relevant departments on delivery and commissioning matters.
• Follow up with after-sales service to customers.
• Maintain contacts with customers regarding current and future requirements.
• Assist in keeping up ISO9002 documentation requirements and ensure procedures are followed.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by Superior.

Job description

1. Provide technical assistance and advice to both the sales personnel and customers and maintaining a high standard of service to the Company’s clients through quality service and professionalism in attending to customers’ needs.

2. In charge of planning and coordinating project/service initiatives to make sure they can complete within the budget and according to schedule and accepted by customers.

Planning and Scheduling

1. Assist in co-ordinating, scheduling, planning and supervising of purchases, production and site management.

2. Review the scheduling, purchasing, installation, commissioning, operation of equipment / machinery to ensure that all objectives of safety, completion time and profitability are met.

Technical Drawings

3. Study and make recommendations on technical drawings prepared by consultants.

Market Information

4. Report on the performance of sales products and feedback from customers so as to assist in maintaining customer acceptance.

5. Attentive to new products and other general information of interest to the Company and customers.

Customer Service

6. Handle all customer queries and respond with appropriate actions expeditiously to secure sales and maintain customer satisfaction.

7. Liaise with all relevant Departments closely on matters pertaining to delivery and receipt of goods and commissioning of equipment.

8. Follow up with after-sales service to customers.

9. Maintain contacts with customers with regard to their present and future requirements.

Education / Professional Qualification
