  • Knowledge of building codes and practices.
  • Familiarity with ISO integrated management systems.
  • Possess Building Construction Safety Supervisor course.
  • Meticulous and responsible.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly motivated and proactive.
  • Strong coordination and implementation across disciplines.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the project with satisfaction by the customer, under the PDCA (plan–do–check–act) cycle.
  • Develop project construction scheme: quality, safety, environment.
  • Develop master schedule, ISO Quality Plan, OSHA Safety Plan; identify risks and tackle plans; plan budget; understand project contract conditions and requirements.
  • Build relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Organize site work schedule with customer through staff management and control of suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Manage master construction schedule, quality, safety to meet authorities codes and client requirements.
  • Implement the approved installation methods.
  • Adopt new or improved installation methods to reduce cost.
  • Develop efficient communication according to site organization.
  • Improve negotiation skills with customers.

Job description

Responsibilities
  • Execute the project with satisfaction by the customer, under PDCA (plan do check action) cycle.
  • Develop Project construction scheme: quality, safety, environment.
  • Develop master schedule, ISO Quality Plan, OSHA Safety Plan, Identify the risk with tackle plan, plan budget, understand the project contract conditions and requirements
  • Build relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
  • Organize site work schedule with customer through staff management & Control of suppliers & subcontractors.
  • Manage master construction schedule, quality, safety, to reduce from original budget, to meet authorities code of practices and client in house requirement
  • Implement the approved installation methods
  • Adopt new or creative/enhance efficient installation methods to reduce cost
  • Develop efficient communication accordance to site organization
  • Improve negotiation skill with the customers
  • Negotiate with customer on the variations
  • Negotiate variations with suppliers and subcontractor
  • Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors on the safety requirement
  • Educate & make known to all the site staff with project construction scheme
  • Identify staff weakness on areas and improve on daily basis.
  • Continuous training on the job or seminar to improve management skill in all aspect of construction activities
  • Guidance and training of junior staff
  • Develop efficient communication accordance to the site organization
  • Develop smooth communication environments with customer
  • Establish daily communication process among site staff
  • Any issues at the site, to react and to solve proactively
  • . Motivate the site staff and encourage to tackle the issues at the site
Requirements
  • Singaporean Only
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or Diploma
  • 10 years of relevant experience with 2 years of managerial experience
  • Code of practice
  • Knowledge of ISO integrated system
  • Possess Building construction safety supervisor course
  • Meticulous and responsible
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly motivated and proactive
