Job summary

Staffhub Group seeks an experienced site/project coordinator to support building construction activities at data centre sites in Singapore. The role involves pre-planning, resource forecasting, and interpreting complex drawings to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, monitor daily site operations, ensure EHS compliance, and report progress to the Project Manager. Singapore-based, full-time position.

Qualifications

• Experience in building construction projects.
• Strong understanding of data centre operations and equipment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project schedules and carry out pre-planning.
• Forecast resources for engineering and technical activities.
• Interpret design, shop and working drawings to guide site works.
• Ensure site works align with plans, designs and timelines.
• Manage daily site activities and coordinate trades.
• Coordinate project implementation to ensure correct build/installation.
• Ensure site EHS compliance at the workplace.
• Provide weekly project status reports and photos.
• Report site progress to Project Manager.
• Inspect and verify material deliveries on site.
• Maintain punch lists with Main-Con/Consultant/Client.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Project scheduling preparation
• Pre-planning and resource forecasting for engineering and other technical activities relating to the project
• Interpretation of design / shop / working drawings
• Ensure site works installation are accordingly to project plans / designs / time frame
• Daily operations of site works activities and organization of trade cons
• Coordination of the implementation of a project, ensuring it is being built / installed correctly
• Ensure site EHS compliances at work place
• Weekly project status reports / photos
• Reporting site works progress status to Project Manager
• Inspect / verified materials deliveries on site
• Maintain punch list with Main-Con/Consultant/Client

Requirements

• Nitec /Diploma in Building Services or M&E Engineering related works
• 3-5 years of working experience in Building Construction Industry
• Good knowledge of Data Centre operations/ equipment
• Self-motivated and meticulous
• Hardworking and independant
