Job summary

JTE Recruit Pte Ltd on behalf of Our Client in Singapore is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator with hands-on electrical/electrical civil background. The role involves engineering design, site surveys, and coordinating multiple projects to meet timelines.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in Construction/Project Coordination/Site Management, proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, and a Nitec qualification. Full-time on-site role with standard office hours, Monday to Saturday.

Qualifications

• Min. Nitec in Electrical / Electronic / Civil / Structural Engineering or related disciplines.
• Min. 3 years of relevant working experience in Construction / Project Coordination / Site Management.
• Good working knowledge in AutoCAD / Revit is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering design, drawings, project coordination, and documentation for ongoing projects.
• Conduct site surveys, building/site inspections, and attend project progress meetings.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate project activities to ensure timely completion of works.
• Prepare reports, proposals, tenders, budgets, risk assessments, and other project-related documents.
• Liaise with customers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and handover.
