Job summary

AMPOWER INTERNATIONAL ENTERPRISE CO., LTD. is seeking a qualified project manager with strong planning, scheduling and customer service mindset.

You will coordinate purchases, production, site management and ensure performance within budget and schedule. You will study and evaluate technical drawings, report on product performance, and liaise with departments to ensure smooth delivery, installation and commissioning of equipment.

Qualifications

• Min 3 yrs of project management experience
• Min 3 yrs of relevant experience in similar industry

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and advice to sales personnel and customers
• In charge of planning and coordinating project/service initiatives to meet budget and schedule
• Assist in coordinating, scheduling, planning and supervising purchases, production and site management
• Review scheduling, purchasing, installation, commissioning, operation of equipment to ensure safety, timely completion and profitability
• Report on sales product performance and customer feedback to assist in maintaining acceptance
• Handle customer queries and respond with actions to secure sales and satisfaction
• Liaise with relevant departments on delivery, receipt of goods and commissioning
• Follow up with after-sales service to customers
• Maintain contacts with customers regarding current and future requirements
• Assist in keeping up the Company's image by providing prompt service
• Support the Quality philosophy and comply with ISO9002 documentation requirements

Job description

1. Provide technical assistance and advice to both the sales personnel and customers and maintaining a high standard of service to the Company’s clients through quality service and professionalism in attending to customers’ needs.

2. In charge of planning and coordinating project/service initiatives to make sure they can complete within the budget and according to schedule and accepted by customers.

Planning and Scheduling

• 1. Assist in co-ordinating, scheduling, planning and supervising of purchases, production and site management.
• 2. Review the scheduling, purchasing, installation, commissioning, operation of equipment / machinery to ensure that all objectives of safety, completion time and profitability are met.

Technical Drawings

• 3. Study and make recommendations on technical drawings prepared by consultants.

Market Information

• 4. Report on the performance of sales products and feedback from customers so as to assist in maintaining customer acceptance.
• 5. Attentive to new products and other general information of interest to the Company and customers.

Customer Service

• 6. Handle all customer queries and respond with appropriate actions expeditiously to secure sales and maintain customer satisfaction.
• 7. Liaise with all relevant Departments closely on matters pertaining to delivery and receipt of goods and commissioning of equipment.
• 8. Follow up with after-sales service to customers.
• 9. Maintain contacts with customers with regard to their present and future requirements.
