Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site/M&E Coordinator to support the Site/Project Manager in coordinating M&E activities and monitoring progress at Tuas and on-site in Singapore.

The role requires 1–2 years in M&E construction, with relevant NITEC/Diploma, and certification. Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD/BIM is preferred, with weekly site visits to Tuas.

Qualifications

• Higher NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is required (or equivalent).
• BCSS / WSHMCI certification is required.
• Confined Space and Working at Height competencies are an advantage.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in M&E construction.
• Knowledge of M&E systems, installation procedures and construction practices.
• Familiar with MS Office and AutoCAD or BIM tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site / Project Manager in managing M&E project activities and site coordination.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Review M&E drawings, specifications and technical submissions.
• Coordinate drawings, material submissions and site technical matters.
• Follow-up M&E installation works and ensure compliance with approved drawings and method statements.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
• Support testing, commissioning and project handover activities.
• Prepare project documentation, progress reports, RFIs, inspection records and other project-related documents.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and project specifications.
