Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Engineering professional for a growing construction and building company based in Singapore. The role involves design, site surveys, and coordination across multiple projects with strong M&E exposure.

The candidate should have a Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), be proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, and hold a valid Class 3/3A driving licence. Expect a 6‑day work week and site travel from Jurong West.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry, with M&E experience, particularly in electrical works.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Possess a valid Class 3/3A driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries and conduct site surveys as required.
• Carry out detailed design and prepare proposals for customers.
• Plan and schedule work in accordance with contractual schedules.
• Attend to all operational matters related to the day-to-day running of projects.
• Perform engineering design and prepare technical drawings.
• Handle project coordination and documentation.
• Conduct building and site inspections.
• Prepare reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessments and other project-related documents.
• Attend progress meetings.
• Coordinate with customers for the handover of completed projects, including the submission of relevant project documentation.
• Submit tenders and material costing, as well as review contracts to ensure the best deals.
• Maintain good networking and business relationships.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

• Up till $4000 basic (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)

• Location: Jurong West (company) / Will have to travel to sites

• Working Days/Timings: 6-day work week, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
