Job summary

DONJON PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer to manage and coordinate electrical projects from commencement through completion. You will handle project planning, site coordination, documentation, resource management and ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, at least 3 years’ relevant experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in electrical projects, construction or building services.
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong planning, coordination and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple project requirements.
• Possession of a Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit project documentation, including Risk Assessments, requisitions, work schedules, drawings, reports and other required documents.
• Plan and coordinate manpower, materials, equipment and other resources according to project specifications and requirements.
• Monitor project costs and resources to ensure works are carried out within the approved budget.
• Identify the skills and manpower requirements needed for site deployment.
• Supervise and monitor site progress to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
• Ensure works are carried out according to project specifications, quality requirements and QESH standards.
• Coordinate project matters with main contractors, subcontractors, building owners, consultants and other relevant parties.
• Attend site meetings and follow up on project-related matters.
• Manage and supervise subcontractors, workers and technicians at project sites.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation for all projects.

About the role
