Job summary

IL Network Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Project Engineer (Civil) to support planning, submissions, and site coordination for live projects near Springleaf MRT.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree, has at least 2 years of site experience, and is proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office. You will assist with shop drawings, MOS, and progress reporting while monitoring schedules.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent (minimum).
• Minimum 2 years of site experience with a local construction company.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in project planning, technical/engineering matters, submissions, and site coordination.
• Supervise and monitor project works to ensure compliance with procedures, quality standards, contractual requirements, and safety regulations.
• Prepare and submit shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements (MOS).
• Assist with monthly progress claims, progress reports, and project documentation.
• Handle engineering and technical issues, provide solutions, and maintain accurate project records.
• Monitor daily site activities, project progress, and schedules to ensure compliance with master and detailed work programmes.
• Coordinate with internal departments, subcontractors, consultants, and users to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth project execution.

• Supervise and monitor project works to ensure compliance with operating procedures, quality standards, contractual requirements, and safety regulations.

Requirements
