Job summary

NINE SUITES CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Administrator to support the Project Manager in coordinating construction activities and documentation on site.

You will attend kick-off, consultant, and daily progress meetings, assist with shop drawings, risk assessments, permits, and QA/QC records. You will help control costs, ensure safety inductions, and coordinate site teams, driving smooth project execution and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Technical or vocational qualification in Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical, Construction Management, or related field.
• At least 2 years in project administration, coordination, or construction-related support.
• Skills in project planning, scheduling, documentation, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in coordinating project management activities for smooth execution.
• Attend kick-off meetings, consultant meetings, technical/coordination meetings, daily progress meetings and project closure.
• Assist in preparing shop drawings and submissions with Drafting Department.
• Assist in risk assessment and other risk management activities.
• Communicate risk control measures and ensure safety inductions and permits for contractors.
• Ensure adherence to SWP and report shortfalls to PM/PD.
• Resolve site problems proactively and seek PM guidance as needed.
• Prepare project progress reports and QA/QC records; document defects.
• Coordinate daily activities of workers and ensure proper performance on site.
• Assist in cost control by reducing wastage and labour usage.
