Job summary

S2K BUILDERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable site assistant to support the Project Coordinator and General Manager in planning, managing, and ensuring timely delivery of assigned construction projects with quality outcomes.

The role involves scheduling regular meetings with vendors and inspectors, overseeing site operations, safety, and materials, and coordinating with workers and contractors to keep operations running smoothly under pressure.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of working experience in the construction industry or project site work.
Able to read and write in simple English.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Working knowledge of construction tools, machinery and equipment.
Ability to focus and stay calm under pressure.
Able to multitask and assist team as needed.

Responsibilities

Assist Project Coordinator and General Manager to plan, manage and monitor projects from inception to completion on time and with desired quality.
Schedule regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors, managers and staff.
Assist in managing and monitoring site operations, workers and contractors.
Oversee site administration including site safety and control of materials and machinery on site.
Ensure smooth job operations and rectify and supervise works on site.
Perform other duties as assigned.
