• Maintain project documentation (contracts, permits, reports) and ensure regulatory compliance
• Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets for financial oversight
• Process invoices and manage payables/receivables accurately
• Supervise admin staff and provide training to the team
• Prepare meeting agendas and record minutes for effective communication
• Identify and resolve admin issues to improve efficiency
• Support PMs in addressing on-site operational challenges
• Assist site team to ensure smooth execution and schedule adherence
• Plan proactively to resolve site problems before impacting cost or schedule
