Job summary

I-LOGIC CONCEPTS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a capable project coordinator to assist the Project Manager in coordinating project management activities and ensuring progress is smooth across site operations.

You will liaise with site personnel, consultants, vendors and clients, handle cost planning, procurement, paperwork and risk assessments, and ensure daily activities meet safety requirements and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in the coordinate of project management activities and ensure all works progress are executed in a smooth and effective manner
• Attend project meetings and assist with determination of project requirements
• To coordinate & liaise with site personnel, consultants, architects, vendors, subcontractors, government agencies, customers and team member for all project matters
• Responsible for effective cost planning, budget estimates and progress reports for projects
• Taking off quantities, sourcing and liaising for suppliers and subcontractors for quotation, collate price comparison, procurement and etc.
• Handle contract administration and settlement of final accounts with Clients and Subcontractors
• Coordinate daily activities of workers’ duties and ensure they performed in a proper manner
• Conduct daily site inspection to ensure all site activities are carried out in accordance to safety requirements
• Assist Project Manager in carrying out Risk Assessment for projects
• Allocating resources, materials and check in work done by sub-contractors
• Assist with daily paperwork, procurement of materials and proper documentations
• Resolves site problems proactively and seek advice from Project Manager
