Job summary

The role requires leadership, communication, and practical knowledge of cleaning operations. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years' experience, a Class 3 driving license, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Possess a Class 3 driving license.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to contribute to operational improvement.
• Methodical, organized, efficient cleaning approach.
• Ability to lead a team and work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good numeracy and literacy.

• Attend meetings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning staff on allocated sites.
• Manage site inventory including stocktakes, procurement and delivery.
• Ensure first-class cleaning service across multiple sites.
• Support team efficiency through cleaning tasks.
• Plan and review work schedules for cleaners.
• Build rapport with clients.
• Train and guide new cleaners to company standards.
• Ensure safety measures are followed on site.
• Recruit manpower as needed.
• Resolve and manage incidents.
• Handle administrative tasks (hardcopy & softcopy).
