Job summary

IS Cleaning Services Pte Ltd is seeking an Operations Support professional to coordinate daily cleaning operations across multiple sites. The role involves administrative tasks, site visits, and coordination with managers and site staff.

Proficiency in English and Mandarin plus a valid Class 3 driving license are essential. The successful candidate will travel between worksites and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 3 driving license essential for travel between worksites
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate with staff and operations
• Experience in administration, operations, facilities management, or related service industries preferred
• Comfortable working in outdoor and operational environments

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Operations team for daily management of cleaning worksites
• Visit cleaning worksites regularly to address needs and resolve site issues promptly
• Coordinate daily operations with Operations Managers, Supervisors, and site personnel
• Assist in deploying manpower, tracking attendance, and maintaining records
• Maintain site records, checklists, and reports for operational transparency
• Assist with site inspections and audits, preparing detailed reports for compliance and quality
• Follow up on outstanding issues to ensure timely resolution
• Coordinate equipment, uniforms, supplies and other resources to meet site requirements
• Liaise with internal departments to enable smooth processes
• Support documentation and coordination for cleaning contracts and worksites
• Travel between worksites to perform follow-ups and coordination
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management
