• Coordinate with site in charge on backlog and issues.
• Rectify on-site issues with workers or clients after feedback.
• Report daily attendance to head office and ensure timesheets are in order.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for operations projects.
• Arrange coverage during staff absence and provide hands-on support if needed.
• Demonstrate initiative by providing practical suggestions and problem-solving.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence.
• Respond to business or project assignments promptly when needed.
