Job summary

You will help coordinate management activities, manage workers' schedules, deploy staff with Head Office, and assist with deliveries and material orders. The role also involves maintaining tool and equipment security, housekeeping on sites, and contributing to risk control measures.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Co-ordinator in coordinating project management activities to ensure projects are executed smoothly and on schedule.
• Manage workers' work schedules.
• Assist with general worker deployment with Head Office.
• Assist in ordering of raw materials.
• Assist in putting up delivery orders.
• Assist in safekeeping of all tools and equipment.
• Ensure good housekeeping in project sites.
• Assist in monitoring and recommending risk control measures to reduce or eliminate identified risks.
• Assist in preparing risk assessment records after completion of assessments.
• Assist in risk assessment communication to workers.
