Job summary

SONGNING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead on-site construction activities in Singapore.

You will interpret drawings, supervise trades, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards. You will manage subcontractors, liaise with client representatives, prepare daily progress reports, and align site work with the project plan. A civil engineering degree and 8 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 8 years of relevant construction experience.
Proficient in tile laying, bricklaying, plastering, welding, and installation of aluminium panels and glass.

Responsibilities

Manage construction activities and site progress independently to ensure timely project delivery.
Interpret and apply structural drawings, specifications, and project requirements accurately in daily operations.
Supervise structural and architectural works while coordinating with client representatives.
Lead and direct site workers and subcontractors to execute on-site tasks according to project plans.
Prepare daily progress reports and update work schedules to track and communicate project status.
Oversee on-site quality control and ensure occupational health and safety compliance.
