SINJIN INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Manager in Singapore to lead construction activities, interpret drawings, supervise trades, and ensure timely project delivery.

The role requires strong teamwork, 8+ years in civil construction, and the ability to train workers in tile, brick, plastering, welding, and aluminium/glass installations while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant construction experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in tile laying, bricklaying, plastering, welding, and aluminium panel & glass installation.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction activities and site progress to ensure timely project delivery.
• Interpret and apply structural drawings, specifications, and project requirements accurately.
• Supervise structural and architectural works and coordinate with client representatives.
• Lead site workers and subcontractors to execute on-site tasks per project plans.
• Ensure workmanship and quality standards for tile laying, bricklaying, plastering, welding, and aluminium/glass installation.
• Identify and resolve on-site design and construction issues to maintain workflow.
• Enforce adherence to quality standards across all work performed.
• Follow work plan issued by Project Manager to align activities with goals.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update work schedules.
• Oversee on-site quality control and safety compliance.
• Participate in project coordination and progress meetings.
