Job summary

SINGAPORE ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced civil engineering professional to support site operations and project management.

You will assist the Project Manager, supervise site activities, and coordinate subcontractors to meet timelines while ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained on site. The role requires a Civil Engineering degree and several safety certifications, with at least eight years of relevant building works experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent required.
• CSCPM certification required for project management safety oversight.
• bizSAFE Level 2 certification required for risk management implementation.
• Certification in Working At Heights is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager to ensure smooth site operations.
• Monitor work progress at sites.
• Attend to all logistical matters.
• Site management including planning, supervising, controlling and coordinating project.
• Manage and monitor subcontractors' work progress.
• Ensure quality of works and safety regulations are complied with; schedule to complete on time.
