Job summary

kai seng construction pte. ltd. is seeking a Project Site Manager to lead and oversee on-site activities, ensuring alignment with schedules, safety, and quality standards in coordination with clients and subcontractors.

The role involves coaching the project team, reviewing progress, and actively participating in tender stages and monthly reporting to management.

Responsibilities

• Undertake and be overall responsible for project site management, supervision, and contract follow-up works.
• Liaise with client, owner, building management, consultant, design firm, main contractor, sub-contractor, supplier, vendor, and others where necessary.
• Monitor and oversee work execution by company owner construction team, sub-contractor, supplier, and vendor.
• Oversee, coach, and mentor the entire project team under your charge.
• Review project teamwork performance.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment policies and practices, and quality and progress at the project work site.
• Attend project tender site show-round and tender briefing.
• Prepare tender document, costing, quotation, technical and commercial proposal and submit to client.
• Review and approve the Method Statement, Schedule, Claim, Risk Assessment, and Safe Work Procedure for the project.
• Conduct site meetings with the project team and sub-contractors and monitor site progress.
• Attend regular internal and external meetings.
• Prepare monthly reports for management.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
