Job summary

SEN LIN CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Site/Project Manager in Singapore to oversee all site activities, coordinate project operations, and ensure timely billing on job completion. You will manage tools, equipment, and on-site assets while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects against schedule and budget, delivering projects to the highest quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years working experience in related field and 5 years working experience in a Managerial Position.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skill with a variety of people at all levels.
• Possess good construction experience & background.
• Good knowledge of Project Management.
• Strong project management skill. Ability to manage multiple projects, plan against timeline and meet deadline, and forecast, budget and monitor project costs.
