Job summary

AUGUST SCAFFOLD AND CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a training coordinator to prepare, facilitate, and conduct on-the-job training within our Singapore operations.

You will monitor training effectiveness, perform training administration, maintain training records, and develop internal support to uphold service quality standards. You will accompany evaluations with constructive feedback and help identify improvement opportunities for frontline teams.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Safety Field.
• Strong working knowledge in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work within deadlines.
• Demonstrate strong instructional writing skills.
