Job summary

GREENSAFE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a trainee to support health and safety training activities, maintain SOPs and training materials, and assist in programme development and IT-related training implementations.

The role also covers registration, admin tasks and supporting the Manager with departmental duties and ad-hoc assignments as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have BCSS and SECK certifications.
• Experience in conducting safety training.
• Experience implementing safety programmes is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining SOPs, work procedures and training materials.
• Assist in developing health & safety training programmes.
• Assist in training implementation of IT and related software programmes.

• Assist in developing training programme related to health & safety.


• Assist in training implementation of IT and related software programme.


• Support in training registration, administration, and documentation in related of health & safety.


• Managed assigned department work task as given by the Manager and any ad-hoc duties when necessary.
