Overview

As a Site Coordinator, you will assist the Operation Manager in the daily operation of executing all project plans, project schedules, budgets and expenditures.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in coordinating projects and ensure smooth progress of work.
  • Identify defects and follow up on quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) issues.
  • Provide regular project management reports for Work in Progress (WIP) reviews.
  • Coordinate and manage vendor and subcontractor activities to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Conduct regular site visits and manage work schedules to ensure projects progress smoothly and are completed on time.
  • Submit weekly reports on Projects progress to management.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget, using proper verification methods.
  • Gather necessary resources and follow up on meetings to ensure the project schedule is met and expectations are achieved.
  • Improve work quality by providing feedback on issues identified during troubleshooting.
  • Work closely with HR & Admin Department on issuing of Delivery Order, Subcontractors Claim Form and Invoices.
  • Providing all administrative support when required.
Qualifications
  • Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the Lift & Escalator industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
  • Possession of a personal vehicle is a plus.
