Job summary

CTCI SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. requires a Site Controls Lead Engineer to oversee subcontractor progress control, payment management, document control, and on-site coordination for construction projects in Singapore. The role is based at Woodlands North and is on a 36-month contract.

The incumbent will liaise with Site Engineers, Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors to ensure timely execution and resolve site issues, while ensuring compliance with Singapore regulations and project schedules.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelore2e2s in Civil Engineering or related field.
Experience in site coordination and subcontractor management.
Experience with progress tracking and payment claims.
Familiar with project schedules and site documentation.
Strong English; Chinese is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Lead subcontractor construction progress control and monitor against project schedules.
Review subcontractor progress claims and coordinate payment verification.
Manage subcontractor document submissions and record tracking.
Coordinate on-site subcontracting processes and ensure smooth execution.
Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers and QS to resolve site issues.
