Job summary

CTCI Singapore PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Controls Engineer to manage subcontractor progress, payments, and document control for construction projects in Singapore.

The role requires coordinating on-site activities and ensuring timely execution within a contract (36 months) of working location in Woodlands North, Singapore. Ideal candidates hold a Civil/Construction degree, have site coordination experience, and are proficient with Excel and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Requires Diploma/Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related.
• Experience in site coordination, subcontractor management or project controls preferred.
• Good English; Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor subcontractor progress against schedules and milestones.
• Review progress claims against site progress and verify documents.
• Maintain subcontractor documents, submissions and correspondence.
• Assist on-site subcontracting processes and coordinate between subcontractors and project team.
