Job summary

CHINA STATE CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING CORPORATION LIMITED Singapore Branch is seeking a site supervisor to lead and manage subcontractors on scheduled construction projects in Singapore. You will ensure works align with industrial standards and contract specs, while assisting with defects and rectifications, and performing ad-hoc duties as required.

The role requires a Building Supervision certificate and prior experience; familiarity with HDB BSC operations would be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Possess a Certificate in Building Supervision or relevant discipline.
• Experience in HDB BSC Operation would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise work closely with subcontractors within the scheduled timeline.
• Ensure subcontractors execute their works accordingly to the industrial standards and contract specifications.
• Assist in project defects and rectifications.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
