Job summary

CTCI Singapore PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Controls Engineer to manage subcontractor progress, payments, and document control for construction projects in Singapore.

The role requires coordinating on-site activities and ensuring timely execution within a contract (36 months) of working location in Woodlands North, Singapore. Ideal candidates hold a Civil/Construction degree, have site coordination experience, and are proficient with Excel and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Requires Diploma/Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related.
• Experience in site coordination, subcontractor management or project controls preferred.
• Good English; Chinese is a plus.

Job Summary

Serve as a Site Controls Engineer, responsible for subcontractor progress control, payment management, document control and on-site subcontracting coordination for construction projects in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

1. Subcontractor Construction Progress Control
   Monitor and track subcontractor progress against project schedules and milestones. Prepare progress reports and follow up on delays or outstanding works.
2. Subcontractor Progress Payment Management
   Review subcontractor progress claims against actual site progress. Coordinate with relevant teams to verify completed works and payment documentation.
3. Subcontractor Document Control
   Maintain and manage subcontractor documents, submissions and correspondence. Track document status, approvals and outstanding actions.
4. On-Site Subcontracting Coordination
   Assist with on-site subcontracting processes and coordination. Support communication between subcontractors and the project team to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Experience in construction site coordination, subcontractor management or project controls is preferred.
• Familiar with construction progress tracking, payment claims and document control.
• Good command of English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Able to work independently in a site-based construction environment.
• Relevant qualifications and licenses must comply with applicable Singapore laws and regulatory requirements.
