Job summary

SINOCON ENGINEERING PTE LTD is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities on site in Singapore. You will coordinate contractors, supervise on-site teams, and address technical issues while ensuring progress aligns with drawings and project specs.

The ideal candidate has a BCSS certificate, at least 5 years of site supervision experience, and a Diploma or Higher Nitec in Building/Civil Engineering. Strong safety stewardship and proficiency with MS Office are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Higher Nitec in Building / Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant site supervision experience in Singapore construction projects.
• Must possess a BCSS certificate.
• Proven ability to read and interpret structural drawings and specifications independently.
• Experience leading and managing a team of workers and sub-contractors on site.
• Familiar with WSH regulations and site safety requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) for daily reports and progress tracking.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day construction activities and progress on site independently.
• Supervise and lead a team of workers and sub-contractors to carry out on-site works.
• Resolve technical and site issues during construction.
• Prepare daily progress reports and work schedules.
• Interpret structural drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Monitor works to ensure compliance with technical specifications, codes of practice and scope of work.
• Enforce workplace safety and health regulations on site.
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
