Job summary

Ding Yi Concept PTE LTD is seeking an experienced construction professional to manage and oversee projects in Singapore. You will ensure site operations run smoothly, schedules are met, and quality and safety standards are maintained across the project lifecycle.

The role requires long-standing site supervision and effective coordination with clients and subcontractors, with strong English communication and proficiency in AutoCAD preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant construction experience.
• Proven experience in site supervision and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily site operations to ensure smooth project execution
• Plan, monitor, and adjust project schedules to meet timelines and milestones
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to align project goals
• Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards
• Enforce workplace safety and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe site environment
• Review, coordinate, and approve shop drawings and as-built drawings for accuracy and completeness
• Prepare detailed site reports and maintain project documentation for transparency and tracking
• Identify and resolve technical issues on-site promptly to avoid delays and maintain quality
