Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in building or construction projects.
• Familiar with construction drawings, site coordination, and project documentation.
• Knowledge of construction safety and quality practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily site activities to ensure work progresses according to schedule.
• Manage and distribute project drawings and technical documents.
• Prepare method statements and work procedures for site execution.
• Monitor site work to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and attend regular progress meetings.
• Review construction drawings and identify discrepancies.
• Assist with material procurement and monitor site material usage.
• Support the Project Manager in coordinating with consultants on project changes.
• Prepare daily site reports and maintain project documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
